1 tbsp red wine
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp finely minced onion

Whisk together all ingredients.
