Introduction

Low carb, very little prep time, cooks up quickly AND it's super yummy! Low carb, very little prep time, cooks up quickly AND it's super yummy!

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 package broccoli slaw
    3 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
    Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

In large skillet, brown meat, drain and remove from pan. Heat oil, add garlic and stir over high heat for 30 seconds. Add the onions and slaw and stir for 3-4 minutes, or until broccoli is desired tenderness. Add meat and red pepper flakes, stir, and heat through. Flavor with soy sauce, if desired. Great alone, if watching carbs, or served over rice.
