Ingredients

    2 c. okra, sliced
    1 c. sweet corn
    Emeril's Original Spice Mix (a.k.a, Bam!)
    4 T water
    cooking spray

Directions

Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread corn and okra in a thin layer in the pan and add 2 T water. On medium-high heat, cook until okra turns bright green. Flip the pieces over and add the remaining water. Sprinkle with Bam! to taste (I like a lot). Keep cooking, stirring occasionally, until corn and okra begin to slightly char. Remove from heat.

Makes 3 1-cup servings.
