Introduction
This is fattening and sweet by itself, but when used as a dip for fruit it is a much healthier and very very delicious dessert.This was a hit at my friend's lunch party. This is fattening and sweet by itself, but when used as a dip for fruit it is a much healthier and very very delicious dessert.

Ingredients

5 wedges of Ibarra Chocolate, ground
2 tbls water
1/2 c Eggbeaters
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
2 tbls fat free half and half
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp orange flavor or 1 tsp of orange syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Put chocolate and water in a double boiler and cook on low til chocolate has melted and mix well.
Take off heat and let cool for a minute or two but not enough to harden again.
Beat in eggs and flavor. Keep warm on burner but not to cooking point.
Beat condensed milk and half and half in a large bowl to as whipped as you can get it.
Fold into chocolate mixture then pour into serving dish and refridgerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Retrieve and dip with your favorite fruits. Especially good with strawberries and bananas!
