Ingredients

    3- 4 oz pink salmon
    1 T. SOY -Kikkoman lite soy sauce
    2 T. MAPLE SYRUP
    2 T. ONION (CHOPPED FINE)
    2 T. LEMON JUICE (bottled or fresh)
    1 T. finely chopped ginger root
    2 cloves garlic crushed

Directions

Just mix all ingredients in small zip sandwich bag or container than add fish and marinate overnight.

cook on stovetop or in oven till fish is flakey- approx 15-20 min-at 3:50 degrees
