Number of Servings: 6


    3 cans no salt tomato sauce (the little cans)
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can stewed diced tomatos
    1 package italian turkey sausage (cook before combining to other ingredients)
    1 package NO YOLK Eggless Noodles
    3 cups of 2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 8oz fat free plain yogurt
    garlic-to taste
    italian seasoning-to taste
    Splenda-to taste


pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Cook sausage
Cook Noodles till ALMOST done (i add garlic salt to the water)
Put sauce, paste, stewed tomatos in large bowl, stir
Stir in seasonings, garlic, splenda
Stir in yogurt
Stir in 2 cups of cheese
Stir in sausage
Stir in Noodles
Grease 13x9 pan
Pour mix into pan
sprinkle remaining cheese on top
cook in oven approx 30mins
