Introduction

just some basic beef fajitas just some basic beef fajitas
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 green bell pepper, cut in stripes
    1/2 medium onion, cut in stripes
    1 tomato, cut in stripes
    5 oz beef (round steak meat), cut in stripes
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp fajita seasoning
    1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (or any hot sauce)

Directions

Cut peppers, onions and tomato in stripes and saute in olive oil. Add small amount of water to prevent burning. Cut meat in stripes and add to skillet. Cook till meat is done. Add the seasoning and small amount of water. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm the tortilla and place meat on tortilla.
Enjoy!
