Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 TBS Olive Oil,
    6 ozs Chicken Breast, boned, skinned cut into bite size pieces.
    2 cloves Garlic
    1/2 tsp dried Basil
    1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms,
    1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerettes
    1 Egg lightly beaten
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    3 TBS grated Parmesan Cheese
    12 ozs COOKED, DRAINED De Cecco Whole Wheat Linguine noodles
    Nutmeg to taste

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet and saute chicken, garlic and basil.
Add mushrooms and saute briefly
Stir in noodles and broccoli and heat through
Add egg and stir over medium heat to creamy consistency
Add tomatoes and Parmesan.
Season to taste with salt (IF DESIRED), pepper and nutmeg.

    This was very good, I added a little extra Parmesan and 4 cloves of garlic, family really liked it, I will make again! - 9/13/08
