Ingredients

1 pound venison burger
1 onion
1 14 oz can tomato sauce
2 14 oz cans of diced tomato with onion
2 green bell peppers diced
5 cups of water
3 teaspoons beef broth paste (can use 3 cubes)
10 baby carrots finely chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
dash of sage (extra never hurts)
dash of oregano (extra never hurts)
dash of basil (extra never hurts)
pepper and salt to taste
2 cups of prepared minute rice
Directions
Fry venison with onion.
Put all ingredients (except minute rice) in a crockpot (you can do the same on a stove top)
Cook for about three hours (Simmer about 30 minutes on stove top - until green peppers are tender)
Prepare minute rice on stove top or microwave
Add minute rice when one hour of cooking time remains for crockpot (10 minutes on stovetop)
