    I -16oz Egg Beaters(any flavor)
    5-6 Slices of any kind of bread
    1-12oz evaporated milk
    1 pound breakfast sausage
    1 cup any kind of cheese


Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl pour into greased casserol or cake pan 17 to 21 inch. Bake on 350degrees. Cut and eat or put in air tight container and store in fridge.

I use rectangle cake dish and cut appox. 12, 3 inch squares

    This sounds good! I like having breakfast for dinner sometimes and I've got a pound of bulk turkey sausage to use instead of pork. Will be making this soon! - 9/13/08
