Easy Tuna Casserole. Easy Tuna Casserole.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 cans of Solid White Albacore in water, drained
    1/2 Large White Onion, Chopped
    1 Package No Yolks Egg Noodles
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 Tsp Paprika (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper ( or to taste)
    Chopped Fresh Dill
    Chopped Fresh Chives (for garnish)


Makes (6) one cup servings.
Make Egg noodles according to package directions, drain, and rinse in cold water.

Boil Eggs for 15 minutes and let cool & peel.

Mix in a casserole dish: mushroom, cream of chicken soup, 2 cans of tuna, and onion. Fold in Egg Noodles.

Chop Boiled eggs and place over top of mixture in casserole dish.

Season with Paprika and Black Pepper. Fresh chopped dill & chives make a tasty garnish.
