Ingredients

1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
dash of salt
1/4 cup AP flour
1 TBS Brown Sugar
1/4 cup liquid Egg substitute
4 slices light wheat bread
Directions
-Bake bread slices in 200 Degree oven for 10-15 minutes to dry slightly
-Wisk together vanilla, cinnamon, salt, egg, milk, and sugar in medium bowl.
-slowly wisk in flour untill smooth, then transfer into shallow dish big enough to hold 2 slices of bread.
-Transfer 2 pieces of the bread from the oven into the batter and soak both sides, about 30 seconds per side. Remove the bread from the batter, allowing excess batter to drip back into the dish, and lay it a hot skillet with a little butter, oil or non stick spray. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer the French toast to the wire rack and keep warm in the oven. Repeat with reamaining two slices.
