Ingredients

    2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
    1 cup tomato juice
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 cup catsup
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    2 tsp. yellow mustard.

Directions

Mix ground beef, tomato juice, old fashioned oats, eggs, onions, salt and pepper together and put into a casserole pan. Next mix together catsup, brown sugar and mustard and spread over the mixture.
