Introduction

This is a modified recipe that my family loves for Christmas breakfast. Light and Refreshing. Sounds wierd but give it a try... you will be surprised!! Ingredients

    Ruby Red Grapefruit
    1 Tbs honey
    .25 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.
Wash grapefruit and cut in half.
Use a sharp knife to slice the sections away from the rind and the membrane. Do not remove fruit from rind.
Sprinkle 2 halves with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve immedietely. Best when hot.
