Ingredients

    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    Yeast, bakers, 2 ounce
    Molasses, 4 tbsp
    Honey, 4 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 15 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 stick

Directions

add water, yeast, molasses, honey and 6 cups flour...mix well, let rest for 10 min.
Add 6 cups flour, flax seed, butter, salt, powdered milk. Mix well....add rest of flour by 1/4 cup until dough ball is formed and it pulls away from sides of bowl.
dump on counter, cover and let raise for 20 min. divide into 4 and roll for loave pans.
Oil loaf pans put dough into them, cover and let raise 1 hr.
Bake in oven approx 25 min
