Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 whole wheat pitas
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
    LOTS of garlic :)
    4 lg. scallions, chopped
    1 c. feta, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    8 kalamata olives, pitted and chopped (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pitas on baking sheet. Arrange tomato slices, sprinkle with garlic, scallions, feta and oregano. Bake until the feta softens, approximately 8 minutes. Olives are optional.
