Introduction

The casserole was made every Christmas Morning by my mother and now I make it on Christmas morning for my family. The casserole was made every Christmas Morning by my mother and now I make it on Christmas morning for my family.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 slices bread
    1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
    1/2 cup melted margarine
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 whole eggs, beaten
    1 qt. Milk (2%)
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Break bread in 25 cent pieces. Break cheese in same size/ Arraange in layers bread and cheese. Pour melted margarine over this. Beat eggs, add mustard and salt to eggs, then add milk. Mix together, pour over bread and cheese in casserole.

Let stand in refrigerator covered overnight.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
