    2 Grams of Instant Coffee Granuals
    1/2 Cup of Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
    1 Cup of Skim Milk
    2 - 3 Ice Cubes

Directions

Crush ice in blender.
Add banana broken into pieces.
Add 1 Cup of Skim Milk

Add Coffee Granuals
Add Chocolate Protein Powder
