Introduction

Very small little treats from my childhood. Very small little treats from my childhood.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup lite whipped butter, melted
    1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (use low fat variety)
    3/4 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup golden raisins
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    Cooking spray

Directions

Combine melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix together until a soft crumb forms.
Press evenly into 8"x4" pan. Top with golden raisins and press lightly into peanut butter layer. Set aside.
Heat chocolate chips over double boiler until melted. Spread evenly over peanut butter and raisins. Allow to cool to room temperature to set. Cut lengthwise into four sections and into another five portions width-wise.

Makes 20 1-inch squares.
