Ingredients

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup light margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 medium eggs
1/2 tsp vanill
1 cup rolled oats
Directions
In a bowl sitr together flour and baking soda. Set flour mixture aside. In a large mixing bowl beat margarine with electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds or til softened.
Add peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar to margarine. Beat till thorougly combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat till well combined. Add flour mixture, then beat on low speed till combined. Stir in oats.
Drop dough from a rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till edges are golden. Makes about 36 cookies.
