Ingredients

    1 Medium Onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 Small green bell pepper
    1 small red bell pepper
    1 zucchini
    1 yellow squash (or yellow zucchini)
    3.5 oz mushrooms
    14 oz canned tomates
    2tbsp tomato paste
    1tsp basil
    1tsp sugar

Directions

Chop all vegetables roughly and put into pot, add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and sugar and stir. Season to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
