Introduction

Have by itself or add rice! Have by itself or add rice!

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked shrimp
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or less, depending on how spicy you want it)
    2 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions

Cook vegetables in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened. Add shrimp and parsley. Since shrimp is already cooked, simply heat until shrimp is a good temperature.

Serve over rice or plain. Very versatile!
