Introduction

This is super cheap, easy, and low in calories! I am typing this up as I'm making it! I get the feeling its going to be a winner. For the McCormick's just use whatever salt-free seasoning you have on hand. This is super cheap, easy, and low in calories! I am typing this up as I'm making it! Ingredients

    * 3 chicken thighs, bone & skin removed
    * 1 TBSP Lite sour cream
    * 1/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
    * 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    * 1 TBSP McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    * 1 TBSP olive oil

Directions

Remove the bone from the chicken thighs if they are not already removed. Lay a chicken thigh between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Hit with a rolling pin, bottle, or flat meat mallet (not a tenderizer!) until flattened to about 1/4" thick. Repeat with remaining thighs.

Rub the salt free seasoning into the flattened thighs. Then spread sour cream evenly over each of the thighs. Let rest in the refrigerator 15 minutes to an hour (the longer the better).

When ready to cook, combine the bread crumbs and cheese in a bowl. Heat a skillet on medium to medium high. Coat each thigh in the bread crumb mixture. Add oil to pan and fry each thigh until cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
