Introduction

I tweeked this to lower the fat content, and using chicken is better then the traditional beef. I tweeked this to lower the fat content, and using chicken is better then the traditional beef.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
    1 C Mushrooms,sliced
    1/2 C Onions, chopped
    1 Lb Chicken Breast, sliced or cubed
    1/4-1/2 C Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free

    1 C Zucchini, sliced
    Can add carrots, or other veggies as desired
    1/2 C fat free sour cream
    1/2 C Egg Noodles,cooked as per pkg directions

Directions

In a slow cooker, add everything but the noodles, cook 6 hrs on low or 3 hrs on high. Just before done cook noodles.
If you don't put veggies in the slow cooker, cook them to serve along with the chicken.

    I really love this it's so easy to make and the crock pot is wonderful.... i still added some sour cream before serving! it added extra calcium that is well needed in my diet. Thankx for the tasty recipe! - 9/18/09

    SO good! Really loved it. I added a tsp of flour and I feel like that thickened it up a little that made it work better with the noodles. LOVED IT! - 3/26/11

    I tweaked the recipe only slightly. Added 1 T of worcestershire sauce for flavoring and a little milk instead of the broth. Husband and I both LOVED it. Will make again, and again and again! Easy and delish! Thank you :)) - 1/16/11
