Grilled Salmon Grilled Salmon
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Sauce:
    1/3 Cup Light Kraft Mayonaise
    1/4 Cup Light Scour Cream
    2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Chives
    1 Tablespoon Minced Scallions
    1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

    4 Salmon Fillets (with Skin), 6-8 oz each and 1 inch thick
    1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Dash Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. To make sauce: In a medium bowl. wisk the sauce ingredients.
2. Generously brush or spray the fillets with oli and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grill, flesh side sown, over Direct High heat until you can lift the fillets with tongs off the grate without sticking, 6-8 minuets.
4. Turn the fillets and cook them to desired doneness, 2-3 minuets for medium-rare.
5. Slide spatula between the skin and flesh, and transfer the fillets to serving plates.
6. spoon the sauce over the fillets and serve immediately.

*HINT: Cook fillets on foil so they don't stick to the grill. You can also have the fish skinned before you grill if you use the foil method.*
