1 can evaporated skim milk
4 egg whites
1/4 c Splenda that measures like sugar (not the sugar blend)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
Sometimes I add a squirt of DaVinci Gourmet sugar free syrup (praline is good).
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
Bake in individual custard cups in a water bath.
Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
Cool completely.
