Ingredients

    500 grams mushrooms, sliced
    400 grams diced, canned tomatoes
    338 grams ground turkey/chicken

Directions

brown the turkey in one pan while sauteeing the sliced mushrooms until tender. When the mushrooms are tender, add the canned tomatoes and any other seasonings you like (basil, oregano, lavas, etc.). Once the turkey is cooked through, add it to the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
