Ingredients

1) 3 peppers (red, green or yellow!)
2) 1 big red onion
3) 1 teaspoon dried crused mint
4) Half teaspoon ground cumin
5) 2 tablespoons lemon juice
6) 1 1/12 chopped tomatoes
7) 30g raw rice
8) 50 grams lean minced pork
9) Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
1) Cut the heads off the peppers and leave aside, you will need them as lids later.
2) In a mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients including the raw rice and pork.
3)stuff the peppers, place lids on
4) heat oven to 180 degrees then place the peppers in an oven proof dish with lid thats been filled mid way with water
5) Bake for 45 minutes to an hour
6) Enjoy!
