    2 garlic cloves,
    1 small potato
    600g cauliflower
    soy
    splash of milk
    1 leek

Directions

serving size approx. 1.5 cups
brown leeks with chopped garlic. chop cauliflower and fennel. Add to saucepan with water. Simmer for 15 mins, mix up and add soy and a splash of milk to add creaminess
