Introduction

I wanted a dip to go with an Italian theme dinner. This is what I came up with. I wanted a dip to go with an Italian theme dinner. This is what I came up with.
Number of Servings: 45

Ingredients

    1/2 pkg of Cream Cheese (approx 4 ounces)
    1/2 cup of Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese (or enough to cover the top of the dip)
    1/4 - 1/2 cup of Prego Marinara Sauce
    2 tsp Tuscany Blend (Alexander's Gourmet bread dipping seasonings) OR
    1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh
    .5 tsp - 1 tsp Basil dried (to taste) or fresh


Directions

Soften the Cream cheese, and mix with the Basil/Garlic or Tuscany Blend seasonings. Blend in the Ricotta cheese. Spread on the bottom of a 9 x13 pan or Deep Dish Pizza pan (I used my quiche dish). Top the cheese mixture with Marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or other grated blend. I estimated between 45-50 crackers as a serving estimate..
