    1 cup onion sliced thinly
    19 oz lean round steak, cut into chuncks
    2 large red potatoes sliced (about 588 grams)
    200 grams carrots sliced
    1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can (10.75 oz) TCondensed Tomato Soup
    2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    2 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
    1/4 tsp black pepper


Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray. Place onion in bottom of prepared container. Arrange steak pieces over onion. Layer potatoes and carrots over steak. in a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato soup, Worchestershire sauce, parsley flaces, garlic and black pepper. Pour tomato mixture over vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours. Mix well before serving.
