Introduction
Use any shape pasta to replace lasagne noodles and bake as a casserole. Use dround turkey instead of ground beef if prefered and any vegetables. Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of pasta any shape, i like capanlle
3 8 oz cans of tomato sauce or puree, no salt added
1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey
1 TblsOregano
1 Tblsp of italian seasoning
1 tsp of pepper
Garlic salt to taste
Zucchini
Summer squash
2 cups of lowfat cottage cheese
8 oz of shredded cheese, mozz, cheddar or mont. jack
Directions
Brown meat, drain fat, add spices, vegies, tomato sauce and simmer.
Cook pasta to package directions for al dente.
Drain.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray, add all noodles, spoon cottage cheese over pasta. Spoon all of sauce, meat vegie mix over pasta/cottage cheese and top with cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hoe and bubbly and golden.
