This is from Deceptively Delicious. I made a few changes. My son can't have dairy so I eliminated the 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup cauliflower puree
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (optional)
1 cup grapes
Directions
Boil the chicken breast until tender.
Cut into chunks. Set aside and let cool.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients.
Stir in the chicken.
