Ingredients

    2 lb chuck steak
    1 can college in garden vegetable broth
    I pkg lipton onion soup mix
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    baby carrots
    5 red potatoes

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan. Sprinkle meat with garlic salt and add to pan to sear. Place meat in crock pot with the rest of the ingredients. Add water so liquid covers meat and veggies. Cook for 8 hours.
