    4-1/2 quarts cubed potatoes
    2 T. oil
    1-1/2 T. seasoned salt or to taste
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 T. paprika


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cubed potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle on seasoning. Mix well with your hands until evenly coated. Transfer to baking pans. Don't have thicker than one layer. Bake for about 50 minutes or until tender and crispy, stirring occasionally toward end of baking. Makes about 14 cups.

    You can always cut down the amount. It just takes alot for my family.

    These are the only potato type dish that I'll eat besides mashed. I add a little more garlic though because I love the flavor of it so much. - 10/11/08
