Introduction

This is an easy way to prepare perch without a ton of calories. This is an easy way to prepare perch without a ton of calories.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 or 4 Perch filets
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp Bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Parsley
    1 Egg

Directions

Beat the egg in a bowl and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.

Dip each filet in the egg and then in the Parmesan mixture to lightly coat.

In a medium or large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the fillets and cook through.
