2 tbsp Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Parsley

Beat the egg in a bowl and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.
Dip each filet in the egg and then in the Parmesan mixture to lightly coat.
