1 tablesp ground almonds
1 tablesp ground flax seeds (flax meal)
1 tablesp heavy cream
1 teasp Splenda sweetener (to your taste)or more
Your choice of spices/ nuts/ dried fruit/ chocolate chips or flavouring syrup or try grated cheese and herb!
Directions
Using a small dish (no gold decoration) Stir the dry ingredients into the wet and microwave for 1 minute (in an 850 microwave)
Alternatively, make up a batch of them as you would muffins and bake.
