Ingredients

    1 tbsp recaito (cilantro base)
    1/2 large tomato, diced
    1 dried pepper, chopped
    4 oz chicken, pre-cooked & sliced
    1.5 c rice, cooked
    1 can black beans, drained
    1/4 tsp adobo

Directions

Mix together tomato, recaito, and pepper in a large pan on medium low heat. Add chicken and beans, increase heat to medium high, mixing constantly so it doesn't stick. Add rice and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot. Makes 4 servings (1/4 of the pan)
