Ingredients

    4 - 3 oz tuna steaks
    3 T soy sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice (or juice of 1/2 a lime)
    1 T rice vinegar
    1T sesame oil
    pinch of dried red pepper flakes
    6 thin slices of peeled fresh ginger
    2 crushed garlic cloves

Directions

Combine marindate ingredients in glass baking dish and add tuna steaks. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but not more than 6 hours, turning fish once or twice. Bring fish to room temperature. Grill on preheated grill, not more than 5 minutes per side, basting with marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Serves 4.
