Ingredients

    1 can corn
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can garbonzo beans - or whatever you have on hand
    1 4oz can/ or fresh hot chile peppers
    1lb cooked turkey meat - we like smoking drum sticks for this recipe but can also brown some ground turkey too.
    2 cups chicken broth
    .25 tsp chile powder
    1tsp cilantro choppped fine
    1 tsp ground cumin
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

If you are using ground trukey, brown the turkey, then add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to mingle. Can also be made in a crock pot and left for many hours.
