Introduction
The tuna mix is made with tuna, mayo, pickles, and paprika and takes about 5 minutes to throw together.I don't typically like tuna sandwiches, mostly because I hate the pickles that are used along with some of the other ingredients. I could live off of dill pickles though. So, this is my version.

-
1 can tuna, drained
2 Tbsp light mayo
5 dill pickle spears
1/8 tsp paprika (or other seasonings if you prefer), to taste
3 slices cheese
6 slices reduced-calorie wheat bread
Directions
Start by chopping up pickles into a smaller size, whatever your preference might be. Drain excess liquid.
Next, in a bowl mix tuna, pickles, paprika, and mayonnaise until mixed thoroughly. Add any additional seasonings to taste.
Toast bread. Put one slice of cheese on on of the pieces of toast and add tuna mixture (about 2 Tbsp should be enough).
Put together and enjoy! :o)
Makes about 3 sandwiches. Can be used to make more if you divide out the tuna mixture into smaller portions.
