Introduction

I just made this recipe yesterday and had a hankering for it again at 3:00 AM. Although it tastes pretty good upon completion, probably after a few days in the fridge with the marinating of all the ingredients it will really taste GREAT. Ingredients

    * Paprika, 0.75 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 0.50 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Raisins, 1 miniature box (.5 oz)
    * Garlic, 1 tsp
    * Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    * Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.50 cup, chopped
    * Tomato Sauce, 0.25 cup
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.50 cup
    * Spinach, frozen, 0.25 package (10 oz) yields
    * White Wine, 0.50 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    * Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    * Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1.50 cup

Directions

1)Saute Onions,Garlic,Green Peppers,Red Peppers, Ginger, Raisin and Spinach using a little chicken stock for about 7 minutes.
2) Add Tomato Sauce and White Wine, Salt and Pepper, Paprika. Cook for another 3 minutes.
3) Add rest of the Chicken Stock and bring to a boil.
4) Slowly add brown rice and reduce heat to medium. Cover.
5) Cook for the next 2.5 hrs on low heat.
