    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb
    Flour, white, .25 cup
    Milk, 2%, 2.25 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1.25 tsp
    1 cube beef bullion
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 pinch ground black pepper
    (can add onions, mushroooms or bell peppers)


Brown turkey, stir in flour, boullion salt and pepper. Stir until four is absorbed. Gradually stir in the milk and worcestershire sauce. Simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Serve over toast or whole wheat noodles.

    sooooo good, and so easy to make!! I was out of Lea&Perrins, so I substituted curry paste (to give flavor), and it is phenomenal...especially for the low calorie count!! - 6/22/11

    Make this all the time and pour over Bisquick's heart healthy biscuits. It's a much healthier version of biscuits and gravy. My whole family really enjoys it. - 6/12/11
