Ingredients

    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1.5 cups chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    5 slices pre-cooked bacon
    4 large eggs
    1 cup milk
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1) Pre-heat oven to 350*
2) In bottom of pie crust, layer cheese, brocolli, onion and bacon evenly.
3) Mix eggs and milk well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4) Pour egg mixture over the other ingredients in the pie crust.
5) Bake for 55 minutes.

    Incredible!
    I'm made this twice - once using regular bacon and once turkey bacon. I also add a dash of mustard powder to the eggs. It's wonderful! - 12/21/08
