Ingredients

    15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
    2 Tb. sesame seeds
    3 Tb. sour cream (or substitute yogurt, which make the hummus a bit thinner)
    2 Tb. water
    2 Tb. lemon juice
    2 Tb. olive oil
    1 Tb. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 sliced green onion (optional)
    1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor - that's it! Enjoy.
