Introduction

I find myself always looking for recipes that fill me up, are nutritious, but don't take a long time to make. I just whipped this up in under 40 mintues. Makes 2 servings. Double the ingredients to make enough for 4. I find myself always looking for recipes that fill me up, are nutritious, but don't take a long time to make. I just whipped this up in under 40 mintues.
