Ingredients



    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2 cup (remove)

    * *Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (chops), bone-in, separable lean only, cooked, broiled, 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)

Directions

ne apple, onion, salt, bread crumbs, pepper, sage and butter. Add water if mixture appears too dry. In large skillet, brown the chops on each side in the oil. Place chops in shallow ovenproof casserole and arrange the dressing around the chops. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.

    Good
    Gave great flavor to the pork chops, but the stuffing was really dry. I would try to use cubed bread next time and maybe add another tablespoon or two of butter. Overall...not too bad. - 1/13/11
