Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups skim milk
    4 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp cinnamon

    Mix above ingredients together and pour into deep pie plate or 8x8 pan.

    20 slices Nature's Own Double-Fiber Wheat Bread

    Dip bread in mixture to coat both sides and cook over medium heat in skillet with spray oil.
    Keep warm in oven on 225 or less while cooking the rest.

Directions

Makes 20 servings. Goes great with turkey breakfast sausages, OJ, and coffee!
