Introduction
I took out regular pepperoni and substituted it with turkep pepperoni and used skim milk cheese. I took out regular pepperoni and substituted it with turkep pepperoni and used skim milk cheese.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1 Package Pillsbusy Pizza Crust, Think Crust
16 oz shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
6 oz Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
This makes one stromboli "log"- divide evenely into six slices/servings.
Very lightly flour your work surface. Take the crust out of the container and spread out to make it a bit thinner. The original recipe calls for regular dough but Im not good with a rolling pin.
Next make an even layer of pepperoni on top of the spread out dough. I use the entire package but you can adjust that based on your preferences.
I then sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and lastly the shredded cheese.
Next fold in the two short ends just enough so things won't leak out and then roll the rest length wise.
Place on a greased baking sheet (I use PAM) seam side down and bake at 375* for 50 to 60 minutes.
This is great with a nice big salad!!!!
