Ingredients

2 Carambola(Star Fruit), sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 can of pineapple rings
4 nectarines, halved
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 cup blueberries(blackberries work too)
Directions
1. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to 300 degrees. Place carambola, pineapple and nectarines directly on grill 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and grill until golden brown.
2. Stir together brown sugar and orange juice, whisk evenly and add berries.
3. Smother in berry mix and serves four!
